Act

Recurring checks, trainings and renewals, each with an owner at every site. Reminders go out before the due date, and the evidence is on file when the auditor asks.

How it works

Define it once, keep the evidence at every site

  1. 01

    Give it an owner

Add a recurring check, training or renewal to one site or all of them, each with an owner and email reminders.

  2. 02

    Close it with evidence

Record the outcome and attach the photos, files and linked records that prove it.

  3. 03

    Keep the history

Every change stays in the audit trail, so an auditor sees what was done, by whom and when.

Programs

One edit reaches every site

Change a requirement once and every site’s calendar takes the new version. Any site that did not update is flagged, so nothing drifts quietly.

Evidence and outcomes

Audit-ready without the scramble

Each closed obligation keeps its outcome, evidence, linked records and any reason it ran late. Corrections are added, never overwritten.

Questions

Asked on every call

How do people get reminded?

The owner gets email reminders ahead of the due date, and again while it is overdue.

What can we put on the calendar?

Any recurring check, training or renewal, or a one-time task. Long renewals get reminders starting 90 days before they are due.

Can we correct something after it is closed?

Yes. The correction is added to the history with the before and after, and the original close stays on record.
