    Start from your plan

    Import the pre-task plan you use today, or describe it. AI drafts the form for you to approve.

    Talk through the huddle

    Describe the task, hazards and controls. AI proposes the answers, and the foreman confirms each one.

  3. 03

    Sign and route

    The crew signs, the foreman submits and the superintendent reviews. The record is sealed, with a PDF for the file.

Is this a separate product?

No. Pre-task plans run on Stepo forms, so you keep your own format.

Can the foreman type it instead of recording?

Yes. A few typed lines about the work fill the form the same way a recording does.

Does AI decide whether the plan is safe?

No. AI fills in what the crew said. The foreman and the reviewer make the call.
