Solutions: Insurance risk control

For risk control teams at carriers and brokers who need every survey to show whether an account is getting safer.

The problem

Every survey report stands alone, so nobody can show the account is improving

What changes
From the next visit on, every report shows what changed since the last one: recommendations closed, how fast they closed and which findings came back.
How Stepo does it
Consultants talk through the survey on site, AI drafts the findings and the report, and each insured closes its recommendations with a photo between visits.

Equip your consultants

The survey is captured where it happens

The consultant talks through each finding with a photo, and AI drafts the record: the risk, the fix and any OSHA citation, checked before it prints.
  • Site conditions

Heat, wind, air quality and alerts that day, kept with the survey and its report.

  • Photo analysis

Drop a photo into chat and AI names each hazard, rates it and labels it on the photo.

  • The exit meeting

Record the closing talk with the site manager and get a clean note with the follow-ups pulled out. Early access

The deliverable

Every survey is measured against the last one

The executive summary puts this visit beside the last, including whether findings got more or less severe, and the appendix shows which energy sources are still poorly controlled.

Recommendations close between visits

Each insured assigns every recommendation to its own people with a due date, and closes it with a photo. You see the progress before you go back.
  • Self-inspections between visits

A monthly self-check run as a form, filled by voice and checked against your criteria. Early access

The return

What a risk control team gets

  • More accounts per consultant

The report is drafted from the survey, not written from scratch.

  • Surveys that compare

One structure for every consultant, so an account reads the same whoever walked it.

  • Proof you can take to renewal

Recommendations closed, days to close and repeat findings, set against the last survey.

  • A value-add for your insureds

Each insured sees what you recommended, who owns each fix and what is left before your next visit.

Questions

Asked on every call

Who controls access to the insured’s records?

The insured. Each insured runs its own organization and gives your consultants access by role, with an optional end date, and can revoke it at any time.

Whose logo is on the report?

The insured’s logo is on the cover, and yours can sit beside it once we link the insured to your organization. Each report also carries a small Compiled with StepoAI mark.

How much training do insureds need?

Little. If they can send a voice message and a photo, they can report.

Can insureds track their claims?

Yes. An insured logs each claim on its incident, with the administrator, claim number and follow-up dates. Early access

Start with the accounts you visit next

Pick a few accounts due for a survey. Your consultants walk them with Stepo, your insureds close recommendations in it, and the second visit shows what changed.
