Can we trust what the AI drafts?

Every AI suggestion is labeled, and your team can change any of it. A suggested fix stays a suggestion until your team takes it on.

How much training do crews need?

Very little. If they can describe a hazard out loud, they can file an observation. AI supplies the structure they would otherwise have to learn.

Is this about watching workers?

No. Observations record conditions and work practices, including good work worth repeating. Stepo records where a finding was made, not where people go.
