Where do action items come from?

Are closure photos required?

No. Photos are optional, and they are the strongest evidence. Closing an observation needs the finished items or a note on what remains.

Can a crew lead close an action from the field?

Yes. Open it in the browser on any phone, add the note and photos, and close it.
